Building Champions
The Age Group 1 program is tailored for motivated young athletes eager to elevate their swimming and compete at the highest age group level in the state of Florida. This comprehensive program focuses on developing essential skills, strength, and discipline, laying a strong foundation for long-term success.
Swimmers in the program benefit from a balanced training approach that prioritizes technique refinement, race strategy, and fostering a genuine love and commitment to swimming. Goal setting and personal accountability are integral aspects, helping athletes grow both as competitors and individuals. With a supportive yet challenging environment, the Age Group 1 program inspires swimmers to reach personal and team milestones while preparing for higher levels of competition.
My 14-year-old daughter has been swimming with Highlander Aquatics since she was 5 years old. With excellent developmental coaching in the younger groups and now advanced training with well-rounded coaching, she is ready to try-out and succeed on a high-school level team. My younger son has also found his passion for swimming through the fantastic coaches in this great program. Meggen Bree
