*This week's practice times are normal schedule 330 - 500. Saturday 8:00 - 9:30 am. We still have the late group option.

*NEXT MONDAY is Martin Luther King Jr. Day. We will have one practice from 8:00 - 9:30 am. 

*The deadline for signing up for next weekend's meet @ I-Drive is Thursday. Please sign up today. You can sign up on the white notebook in the office or online here:http://highlanderaquatics.org/MeetSignUpForm/tabid/1074/Default.aspx 

* I recommend each swimmer own a pair of fins.
